It really was simple.
Renewed in 5 mins used club cash left over from last season and. because I have always left my money in the club a bit left over too from the 19/20 season .
I don't know why they gave people so many choices with the money? Its just causing problems.

I've tried everything,while I'm not the most computer literate person I seem to be able to bank online,buy from all over the world,have a share dealing account and I have dabbled with crypto currency but this is a yearly event,one I just can't believe.

Have you clicked on the option that links your ticketmaster details to your membership number?
I think that's what it does, then you get the club cash balance accessible to your season ticket renewal. Also, you don't get the club cash option to reduce the price until you go through the payment screen.
Maybe the club realise what a useless tosser with IT you are crotty and they've bombed you out buddy?

Tried again today but paying by club cash is not available to me.I have phoned up 6 times only to be cut off every time.I have sent 12 emails which WHU responded with a stock answer ignoring everything I asked.This happens to me every year,it's because of the way the West Ham United customer service treat people decent fans like my brother and two sons can't give any money to a club who in my experience hate their fans.They will not stop me supporting the club.

On the club cash issue , surely this will be added at the end of the season as its not over , so if we are allowed fans in before the end you never know it might be you , thus making it a different calculation. If you pay now you carry some over ,after May or buy your ticket end of season ticket with it all.

Renewed my Grandson's Child ticket today there was no increase on last season £150 (plus £2 fee) It was for a founder ticket does that mean it was exempt from the increase?
Used the club cash to pay for it. Having earned 10% meant he still has £12.95 to spend in the Shop at some time.
Similarly for my ticket no increase and paid from club cash and some leftover

It looks like the club cash I used to pay for my 30% season ticket for this year hasn’t been refunded. I would encourage everyone to check this before renewing.

Got a discount when I bought 2 years. 1st year has been almost fully refunded into my bank account, next year already paid for at a good price.
Got proof that I'm fully jabbed up so hoping to get a ticket for the Southampton game.

Tried to renew online but the total balance of club cash for all season tickets I look after only shows one season ticket account. The rest of them show a nil balance when all of them should be in credit to allow me just to renew without paying anything.
Which means I can only renew one season ticket with club cash even though each account is linked.
I guess I will just have to call the ticket office for them to sort it out - annoying!!!
